Promoters, AND Distributors may use these logos, WITH THE EXPRESSED
PERMISSION OF NEW ETHOS, on their product to help draw a loyal market
base.

Your Input Matters: "You Decide" or "Your Recommendation"
Pope
Pius XII, in his address to Catholic journalists (February 17,
1950), described the importance of publc opinion as one of the
chief aspects in the means of social communication:
- Public
opinion is "the natural echo of actual events and situations as
reflected more or less spontaneously in the minds and judgements of
men."
- Public
opinion is an "essential expression of human nature...an innate
disposition to give vent to opinions, attitudes, emotions." [Communio et Progressio, N. 25].
Public
opinion will be an important aspect in helping to create a "new
ethos" in entertainment. The ("You Decide" and "Your Rcommendation")
features allow the consumer to have input and feedback that will help a New Ethos Jury decide if
certain entertainment should be considered for its "Excellence" award,
a "Selection" - or we
take a pass.
